Royal Mail is currently experiencing severe disruption to international export services following a cyber incident. We are temporarily unable to despatch items to overseas destinations and have temporarily disabled overseas shipping until the issue is resolved.
This incident will also delay international orders placed on or after 11 January.

DISPATCH AND PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days of receipt. Please Note: a ‘working day’ means a Monday to Friday that is not a Bank or Public Holiday. Please allow an additional day in the event of a public holiday.
Orders containing different items may be shipped as separate packages.
As all our items are printed to order, we are unable to expedite the printing and dispatch process any sooner than the timings provided.

Please be aware that, in the UK under Royal Mail regulations we allow 21 days from the date of dispatch before we will investigate the non-arrival of an item. Internationally, this time is six weeks. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
